Ticket Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final.

Tickets purchased for KC Nerd Con are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once a ticket has been purchased, refunds will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

          Change of plans
          Inability to attend the event
          Illness
          Transportation issues
          Weather or travel-related issues
          Scheduling conflicts
          Failure to attend the event
          Change of mind

Ticket Transfers

Tickets may be transferred to another person at the discretion of KC Nerd Con. The original purchaser is responsible for providing the ticket to the new attendee.

KC Nerd Con reserves the right to require proof of purchase and may limit or restrict ticket transfers.

Event Cancellation

If KC Nerd Con is cancelled by the event organizers, ticket holders will be notified regarding any refund or credit options available at that time.

Changes to event schedules, guests, vendors, activities, or programming do not automatically qualify a ticket holder for a refund.

By purchasing a ticket to KC Nerd Con, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
