Setup and Hours

Setup Time: 9am (subject to change)

Event Hours: 11am - 6pm (subject to change)

Tear Down: 6pm - 8pm (subject to change)

Vendors are required to remain setup during the full duration of the event. Early tear-down is not permitted.

Rules and Guidelines

1. Booth Space: Each space includes the allotted area only.

2. Electricity & Wi-Fi: Must be purchased in advance thru OPCC. . Please indicate your needs when submitting this contract.

3. Merchandise & Conduct: All items must be appropriate for an all-ages event. No adult-only material or illegal merchandise. Vendors must comply with all local laws and venue rules. KC Nerd Con reserves the right to remove any vendor violating these terms.

4. Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations made 45 days or more before the event may receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued within 45 days of the event.

5. Liability: KC Nerd Con, the venue, and its organizers are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury incurred during the event. Vendors are encouraged to carry their own insurance.

6. Setup & Clean-up: Vendors must keep their area clean and dispose of trash properly. All setup materials must be removed after the event.

7. Agreement: By signing below, you agree to abide by all KC Nerd Con rules and terms as

stated above.
