Vendor Cancellation & Refund Policy

Vendor Cancellation Policy

All vendor booth and table purchases for KC Nerd Con are considered final once payment has been received.

Due to limited vendor space and the high demand for booth space, KC Nerd Con does not offer refunds for vendor cancellations.

If a vendor is unable to attend, they may request to transfer their booth to another individual or business, subject to approval by KC Nerd Con. The original vendor remains responsible for the booth payment until the transfer has been approved by KC Nerd Con.

Booth transfers must meet the following requirements:
 The replacement vendor must be approved by KC Nerd Con.
 The replacement vendor must offer products or services appropriate for KC Nerd Con.
 Booth space may not be resold for more than the original purchase price.
 KC Nerd Con reserves the right to deny any proposed booth transfer.
 A booth transfer does not guarantee admission of the replacement vendor until KC Nerd Con has provided written approval.

No-Show Policy

Vendors who fail to attend the event without prior approval from KC Nerd Con will not receive a refund or credit toward a future event.

Event Cancellation

If KC Nerd Con is required to cancel the event, vendor refunds will be handled according to the circumstances surrounding the cancellation and will be communicated directly to participating vendors.

KC Nerd Con reserves the right to modify booth assignments, floor plans, or vendor placement when necessary to accommodate the event.

By submitting payment for a vendor booth or table, the vendor acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this cancellation and refund policy.
